Are we there yet? New year, new you, new opportunities :)

Hello everyone, I always find the winter long and in the South of Sweden its been really white with snow for what feels like months, and its bitterly cold! I never wish to wish my time away but i hope the weather gets better soon!

As committed followers you will get first invite and access to upcoming events and courses before the ‘general public’.

Last week we had the Natural Medium week in Edinburgh and it was the most lovely group of people and overall a really special week! As the Natural Medium week finds its own natural rhythm, it is again on in 2026 for anyone who missed the February 2026 week. As quite a few have put their name on the list for October I dont think it will take long before it is full again.

So before it goes public here you have the information -

The Swiss retreat

A first in the Swiss mountains and a well received week of coming home.

As a retreat week, morning reflection and meditation followed by personal exercises to unlock and discover the self gave insight to our own inner world and discovery. Next years retreat on 2-7 November 2026 will offer the same form of insight but more time for the self for silence and reflection.

Prioritise silence: Time in self reflection is required to get away from worldly distractions and help us come closer to our truth and reality.

The answer lies within. We do not always give ourselves the permission to really listen to what our soul wants. Taking time ti discover can help us in the journey to the self and to the medium.

Like minded: Even spending time with people on the same discovery helps us bring more intention and focus to ourselves.

New courses for 2026

After a few challenging years I hope to get back to focusing on what is truly important to me which is helping those who wished to be helped. To share my philosophy and teaching, my mediumship expression and help meet others who wish to do the same.
